Sales Support in Asset Finance – Based in London
Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience

My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Support person to join a busy office based within London. I am looking for people with Previous Asset finance experience, who have worked within a sales support role previously in this industry, ideally someone with “Hard Asset” experience. My client is expanding, so this is a new vacancy, and they have built up a very good reputation within this sector.
Duties:
• Reporting directly to the Office Manager
• Providing sales support to internal sales team and external, in arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation.
• Liaising with the clients, both over the telephone and via email, ensuring the documentation is accurately prepared, signed and distributed.
• Preparation of funding documentation, reviewing contracts and other documentation prior to submission to Underwriting.
• Providing copies of this information to Directors, funders, clients, customers or third parties.
• Maintaining records, updating and using current CRM system

Experience Required:
• Asset finance and leasing experience required and ideally within a sales support, administration, or documentation background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An excellent working knowledge of Word is essential.
• A multi-tasker who is able to prioritise work to meet crucial deadlines and thrives under pressure.
• A self-starter who is happy to work without supervision.
• Ideally degree educated, who has a High level of numeracy and accuracy.
