We are seeking a professional LGV Driver/Labourer to provide efficient delivery services and act as a key interface between our customers and the company. Key Responsibilities: Ensure load security and comply with the Company’s 12 Life Saving Rules. Deliver goods to various customers, prioritizing s fety and adhering to our Safety, Health, and Environment policy. Handle cash and cheques responsibly for deliveries. Maintain vehicle security and cleanliness, and complete necessary daily paperwork. Conduct vehicle safety checks and report any issues. Drive a FLT for loading and unloading tasks. Are You a Match? The Best Connection are seeking experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 (Category CE) Drivers based in Essex. We have a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time work with a respected and well-known client. Hours of work • Start times for this role will be 10 or 11am, with a minimum working time of 5 hours a day. • This role will require you to work a minimum of 40 hours per week ov r a 7 day period but you can expect a 5-day working week, so weekend work and flexibility is required.
