Role

• Working with the existing team you will learn the full Estate Agency role and business
• Speaking with buyers and sellers
• Given the opportunity to learn the customer viewings process
• Given the opportunity to learn the listing process
Candidate
• No previous Estate Agency experience is required, previous sales experience is essential
• Presentable
• Confident
• Committed and willing to learn
• Keen to forge a long term career within a long established and professional business
• Excellent customer Service skills and telephone manner
• Full Driving Licence and own car essential

Package

• Basic salary to £14,000
• Car allowance
• On target earnings £25,000
• Excellent annual leave entitlement
