Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, including every second Saturday 9am – 12pm during term time.

The International College will be re-locating to its permanent, purpose-built accommodation in Canterbury, April 2019. The College will comprise up to 80 international students in years 9-11 with the aim of sending them successfully onwards for the sixth form. Its students and staff will benefit from being part of this historical institution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated administrator to become fully involved with the front office day to day running of the King’s International College. He/she will be a key figure in ensuring that visitors to the College are welcomed in a friendly manner and will provide administrative support to the International College Administration Manager (AM). The main responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• To be the first point of contact for all callers and visitors to the International College
• To provide basic PA and administrative support to the AM and Joint Principals and ensure effective communication with other members of the International College Team
• To arrange security access and parking for visitors to the International College
