The Estates and Facilities Department is modernising and continuously improving. We are looking to recruit an Accommodation Manager for the delivery of all aspects of student experience in University accommodation. We are looking for a motivated customer-focused manager to join our team delivering an excellent student accommodation experience.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated person to join us, who will innovate and make a difference. You will lead and manage the operational management for accommodation services for residential students.
You will
* Maximise occupancy of all bedrooms, including during holiday periods
* Effectively manage budgets, and seek to grow the business and maximise conferencing revenue
* Deliver and evaluate customer satisfaction and ensure we meet the UUK Code of Practice
* Ensure students with housing difficulties are assisted appropriately, and manage tenancies and issues that may arrive
* Liaise with corporate head landlords to ensure lease compliance on both sides

The Person

You will have experience in university accommodation, PBSA or social housing sector, with the ability to interpret housing legislation and best practice. You will have managed budgets well with commercial acumen.

You will have experience of successfully leading, managing and motivating teams. You will be highly organised and resilient with a proactive, calm approach.
