The Bunker
Very few companies (If any!) can say that they store their client’s data in one of the most physically secure Data-Centre and Managed Services locations in the country…. Our 2 nuclear blast-proof underground bunkers are the Ultra-Secure option for companies who believe that data security is intrinsic to their culture and success.
Working days 9.00am-5.30pm mainly with flexibility needed to cover occasional shifts in Sandwich, Kent .
Working within our busy Service Desk, this is a varied role including logging, resolving or referring of all incidents recorded via the IT service desk from point of initial contact through to resolution / escalation or closure within targeted service levels. Working with your team to deliver remote hands support, provide customer escorts, network cabling and server racking and being epic at assisting in the resolution of outstanding incidents, will all be business as usual for you!
