IT Vendor Manager, The Vendor Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with those who supply the organisations IT products.  You will be responsible for ensuring that vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations. You will ensure suppliers are adhering to the vendor management framework and maintaining continuous improvement against this. Responsible for adhering to the vendor management framework and maintaining continuous improvement against this. Delivering value for money services from the vendors. You will be the point of escalation for vendors during service incidents. You will lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, renewal and extensions when required, or support the team in this activity. Ensure personal knowledge and exposure to the vendor community remains up to date, appropriate and relevant.

 


You will have knowledge of contract law and IT Service Delivery Management (ITIL) preferred but not essential. The IT Vendor Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with those who supply IT products and services to the organisation ensuring that vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations.
