The Role



Working as part of our OEM team, this role is accountable for the strategic running of the assigned regional and global vehicle manufacturer clients to underpin GForces software and technology solutions. Typically, you will be expected to manage multiple OEM clients, acting as the primary point of contact, responsible for managing all aspects of their relationship with GForces.



The role requires working with clients to build out high performing software and digital marketing solutions, therefore you will work closely with all departments including Client Services, Marketing, Product and User Experience to ensure that GForces meet and exceed the demands of the customer.



Key Responsibilities



Commercial

= Full ownership of commercial elements of assigned clients including;

= Strategic planning with client to ensure that mutual, long term value is driven with regards to all our products and services

= Responsible for delivering against your revenue targets

= Identification, development and execution of business development opportunities to ensure continued revenue growth

= Business Development with=in assigned accounts at a Global level

= Generation and delivery of proposals and collateral to support commercial opportunities

= Ensure the efficient and accurate deployment of client budgets to encourage maximum ROI



Client

= Developing relationships with senior client stakeholders

= Leading all client meetings including agenda and output actions

= Ensure that GForces specialists are utilised to support client requirements as required

= Responsible for client satisfaction including being the ultimate escalation point for all client issues



Administration

= Ensure that GForces CRM is keep up to date

= Ensure aged debt is managed

= Ensuring that ISO 27001 is adhered to at all points



General

= Share best practice, ideas and successes across the GForces business

= Ensure Supporting Account team are keep up to date with strategy and key information about clients

= Work closely with our Product team to ensure aligned of roadmap to client requirements.



Essential Skills



= An understanding of Software as a Service (SAAS) based products and the benefits of solution-based products

= Automotive experience is desired but not required

= Willingness to travel at a European and occasionally international level.

= A passion for digital marketing and the ability to clearly demonstrate the benefits of online activity vs. traditional marketing methods

= A hardworking and determined work ethic. We are looking for ambition and integrity

= Excellent communication and client services skills

= Ability to successfully and productively resolve problems in order to meet targets and expectations

= Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data constructively to improve the performance of client’s digital strategy

= Ability to drive the conception and development of innovative, engaging, on-brief digital ideas for clients

= Full driving license with business insurance. Driving to client meetings will be required



Salary

Basic: £40,000 to £50,000 DOE, OTE: £60,000- £70,000
