Shift patterns between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our successful client in Dartford!

The sucessful candidate must have experience working within a call centre.

As a Customer Service advisor, you will be responsible for:

* Providing high levels of customer service at all times
* Customer enquiries
* Supporting other departments
* Dealing with all customer contact from, complaints, queries and advice enquiries
* Logging all information on to the internal system
* Processing all letters and emails
