The Faculty Manager (Quality) supports the Faculty with all aspects of curriculum development including validation, accreditation, programme review, modifications and data reporting, and will support the faculty and work alongside other key stakeholders in meeting all its regulatory obligations. They will ensure management information and other quality data is accessible to colleagues from across the faculty and that it is accurate, relevant and up-to-date. An essential aspect of this role will be to support the faculty in delivering change programmes.
The Role
Role holders are expected to engage with teams from across the university and to actively contribute to the successful delivery of support services across the Faculty.
The Person
You will be educated to degree level or an equivalent recognised qualification with excellent communication and organisational skills. An understanding of the workings of Faculty and School processes would be desirable. Demonstrable experience of staff leadership, management and development is required.
Additional Information
This appointment is for a fixed term period to cover maternity leave and therefore will end when the person on maternity leave returns to work and no later than 30 June 2020.
A secondment opportunity may be considered.
