Warehouse Operative (industrial tray wash operative)

Location: Dartford, Kent (DA1 5FD)

Pay rate - DAYS £8.21 per hour and NIGHTS £8.51 per hour

Hour of Work Days 06.00-16.30, 4 shifts work / 4 shifts off or can be various days (on short notice)
Hour of Work Nts 19.30-05.30, 4 shifts work / 4 shifts off or can be various nights (on short notice)

Duties - In this role, the candidate must be physically fit as they will be required to bend down repeatedly throughout the day. The work is fast paced and not for the faint hearted.

In feed - taking the dirty trays pulling them apart, removing the stickers and placing them on the conveyor belt.

Out Feed – taking the trays off the conveyor belt and stacking them on pallets in correct tray size quickly as to not course a blockage on the line, remove any additional sticker that are left on by the in feed.

Sortation – Sorting food waste that has been sent back from the store in to correct bags and locations ready for collection.

De kit – General movement of trays, dollies, cages etc. recycling from waste brought back from the stores


The role is ongoing and can lead to full-time monthly contracts with increased rates.
