My client are a team of circa 12 people who have been established for 10 years plus and based in lovely offices. They don't work to strict KPI's and they do offer great deal of autonomy , as long as you are working and doing the right things that will result in business.

You will be totally supported in the business support team as the head of the team believes in nurturing and helping people to grow.

With good annual basic salaries plus a 20% commission structure on all billings over 5k per month and increasing to 25k over 15k per month billings,together with an added bonus structure the opportunity here is limitless.

This role is office based, however, you do have the opportunity to visit clients and to attend networking events.

Working hours are from 8.30 am to 5pm.. with half an hour for lunch.

The role is ideally 360 recruitment role, in business support. However if you are only interested in resourcing and delivery they might consider this as well.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 6 months recruitment experience

Team player as you will be expected to help manage colleagues desks and work to split fees on occasion

Tenacious and hard-working

Persuasive and can do attitude

Looking for autonomy and happy to take control of your own desk

Self motivated and having that innate desire to be successful

Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Has a good winning attitude

Driving licence and access to a car as you will be expected to meet clients and potential clients as well as attend networking events etc.

Annual basic salary depending on experience, plus uncapped very generous commission plus n additional bonus scheme. Gym membership is subsidised and there's plenty of free parking
