We are looking for an individual to join us to work as an apprentice management consultant helping to develop environment and health & safety process. We will train and support you to develop your career within this sector but you would need to come to us with the right attitude and your own car.

Overview of the role

Working with a diverse range of organisations, supporting them in the implementation and improvement of a variety of International Management Systems, including; Quality, Environmental, IT and Energy

At AvISO we specialise in helping organisations obtain certification to a variety of internationally recognised management system.

We work with sole traders through to multi-nationals and across a diverse range of industries, to include; service, construction, architecture, legal and manufacturing.

The AvISO Team operate from two fantastic locations situated in Borough High Street in Central London and Burwash, a beautiful village in the heart of Kent.

The Role

As an ISO Consultant your role will require self-management and motivation, working with your own portfolio of clients based in London, across the UK and potently abroad.

An average day will involve working from a client's office or site advising on operational, IT, environmental and compliance opportunities. You will help with drafting of policies, procedures and the collation of records required by the International Standards to ensure that 3rd party audits run smoothly. The relationship you build with your clients will be instrumental in building their confidence in both AvISO and the advice we provide.

Once established in the role you will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients and managing your own diary. AvISO will support you develop your knowledge and experience though tailored package of training, including: Formal qualifications, one to one supervision and shadowing of experienced consultants.

Initial training and development will focus on core skills around quality and business improvement. Once a sufficient standard is achieved the consultant will be encouraged to develop their skills in areas of most interest to them, including; Information security, Environment & Energy, Health & Safety.

With this role you will be studying to achieve your Level 5 in Operations Management apprenticeship and we will support you to achieve this goal.
