East Kent Housing

To provide administrative support to the Capital, Planned & Programmes team of Contracts Managers and Property Surveyors in the capital works investment programmes across the four Client Councils served by East Kent Housing (EKH).

To create and input data and gather, analyse and interpret the data. To manage email inboxes and disseminate tasks and requests to the relevant team members.

To maintain the property database and asset management systems, including our new Single System, for the development of programmes, works priorities, raising and processing of orders, variations and payment.

To provide general administrative support in the preparation of meetings, including taking minutes of meetings and following up on meeting actions.

To compile progress and other reports as directed by the team.

We manage over 17,000 properties for the four councils of East Kent (Canterbury, Dover, Folkestone & Hythe, and Thanet). We are responsible for the inspection, repair and maintenance of residents' homes, the collection of charges and rent, and support our residents by providing advice services and responding to enquiries and issues affecting them and the communities that we serve.
