Logistics Operative This job is for a Logistics Operative to work in Gatwick Airport in the air side areas on construction sites for Hays on a contract basis Your new company You will be working for a logistics contractor that has been awarded 1-year contract to refurbish the airport infrastructure and retail units in Gatwick Airport Your new role This 1-year assignment starts asap and you will be assisting trades on site, soft strip out, materials handling, using hand & power tools, traffic marshalling, waste away & deliveries of construction materials on a large airport accommodation. You will be working in a live airport environment. What you'll need to succeed You will have a CSCS card, photo ID, proof of NI, proof of address, a clean criminal record, pass a five-year written reference check & General Security Airport Training What you'll get in return You will be issued a Hays airside pass and paid £10.40 p/h (umbrella method) or £8.21 plus holiday pay (PAYE method) working 47.50 hours per week. Night shift is paid at +33%.
