Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a new challenge or considering a career in Care supporting adults with a learning disability then please join us at our Support Worker Recruitment Day.

Our Support Worker Recruitment Day is being held at Canterbury Oast Trust and Rare Breeds Centre, Highlands Farm, Woodchurch, TN26 3RJ on Tuesday 8th October 2019 between 10.00am and 4.00pm

We are looking to expand our existing team and have opportunities within our Residential Services based in the following areas:

o Old School House, New Romney
o The New Bungalow, Aldington
o Homelands, Aldington
o Farmhouse, Woodchurch
o Holly and Ivy Cottages, Woodchurch
o Rosemary Cottage, Woodchurch
o Residential Services - Aldington, New Romney, Rye, Woodchurch


Posts are available on a Permanent or Fixed Term basis; Full-Time (162.5 hrs per month) although part time hours may be considered or within our Flexi Bank on a Flexi (Casual) Worker Agreement.

About Us:

Canterbury Oast Trust takes pride in providing first class care and support for adults with learning disabilities across Kent and East Sussex.

We provide long-term accommodation and care for 93 Service Users and Tenants across nine residential and eight independent living settings in unique family-style homes.

Full time positions are based on 162.5 hours per month with variable shifts which include short days, long days, weekends, sleep-ins and occasional awake nights as allocated on a monthly rota. We can offer some flexibility and may consider part-time hours.

Qualifications and experience preferred but not essential as full training, including the Care Certificate, will be available.
