We seek an individual with excellent customer service management skills and experience in a customer relationship management database, ideally Raisers Edge NXT, to lead our Supporter Services team. Do you have the skills to take on this challenge?

You will be an excellent communicator and must have the ability to work under pressure, with a solution-based approach and focus to your work. Your methodical approach to working will enable you to show your high level of attention to detail.

You will provide support for the Fundraising database with particular responsibility for high quality, accurate and timely recording of financial and personal information. You will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages to include comprehensive working knowledge of Excel and Word.

A full understanding of Data Protection is essential.
