We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working Nursery Teaching Assistant who will be ambitious for our pupils, energetic, organised and highly motivated. We are a friendly three-form entry school with dedicated and committed staff who are focused on delivering an excellent education for our pupils. As part of the Thinking Schools Academy Trust (TSAT) we are committed to an ethos of excellence and a whole school approach to the teaching and learning of thinking skills.

What you will need to succeed:

You will need to hold a relevant L3 or higher childcare qualification, have good communication skills and excellent literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent, Grade C or above). Good ICT skills would also be desirable.

You will need to have experience of working with children as well as a desire to support pupils to reach their full potential through one-to-one work, group work and whole class support. Knowledge of the Key Stage 2 Curriculum would also be desirable.
