About the role: The Leigh UTC and Inspiration Academy have fantastic facilities onsite which are used for sports and event hirings of an evening and at weekends. We are seeking to appoint a Lettings Facilitator who will be responsible for opening the site for the hiring/event, meeting and greeting visitors, assisting them with any queries, administration duties, decoration of the building, and locking the premises at the end of the hiring/event. Our successful candidate will predominantly cover the hirings booked for Saturdays during the afternoon/evening, but may occasionally be required to provide support on a Sunday or an evening during the week, therefore we need candidates who can be flexible, reliable and professional. Rest assured that definitive hours will be agreed well in advance each week and can be discussed during the interview.
