Are you passionate about helping others?

We’re looking for someone who is confident, self-motivated and ready for a new challenge.

Our CAMEO (Come and Meet Each Other) service is a real lifeline to people over 50 who are socially isolated or experiencing loneliness due to changing life circumstances, such as divorce or bereavement. The service operates across Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley and offers a 12-week programme of activities.

As Activities Coordinator, you will design and publicise the programme, working with local partners to deliver sessions including healthy living, personal finances, volunteering and community services. A key aspect of CAMEO is sustainability and you will support the development of friendships, providing ‘light touch’ support to groups that continue to meet when the 12-weeks come to an end.

A good knowledge of local services and the ability to build effective networks is essential. Car driver essential.
