About the job

We have an exciting opportunity for new Booking Assistants to join the Administration Team within Thinkaction, Addaction’s IAPT-based services. We offer primary care mental health services, and work with people experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and professional individuals to join our Administration team.

As a Booking Assistant, you will be responsible for contacting service users, taking information over the phone and booking appointments so will need to have a confident and professional telephone manner. The role will include data entry of service user and appointment details onto our patient management system so you will need to be confident in working with high levels of data and information, and will be committed to the principles and practice of equality for service users and staff. We would welcome applications from people who have experience in working in a call centre environment. As part of the wider Administration team you will provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to our practitioners working throughout the South East.

Full time and part time hours will be considered. This role will be based in our Canterbury office.
