Are you looking for a new challenge working within our Learning and Development team?

We're seeking two creative and innovative Trainers with significant experience of developing and delivering pragmatic job-focused learning which will train, coach and motivate our team of people.



Reporting to the Training Manager, you'll be responsible for reviewing business practices in order to identify learning needs, and to lead on the development and delivery of creative and engaging learning solutions.



You'll develop course materials, self-paced content and other point of need online support materials that facilitate learning and provide clear direction for the learner, with a strong focus on accuracy, corporate style and job related content. We'll also look to you to deliver job focused training on new technologies, processes and applications.

Your other responsibilities include:

* Challenging and addressing the balance between people, process and technology in the objectives of any training or education campaign.
* Creating material using a variety of different methods and technologies.
* Maintaining a training materials 'library' to ensure content is always up to date and ready to be used.

You'll already possess highly developed people and communication skills and the ability to work with staff at all levels, and you'll be adept at presenting to large numbers of people.

CIPD/Training NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification and housing sector knowledge would be an advantage but are not essential.

Ability to travel across the region as required
