About the Role
The IT Service Desk at CAF is a small team providing support to over 500 internal users across two sites. We act as the single point of contact for all IT based Incidents & Service Requests working primarily within an RDS Thin Client & Apple product environment.

You will provide outstanding customer service and technical support to all users ensuring IT Incidents & Service Requests are either resolved remotely at point of contact or escalated appropriately upon being prioritised and logged in a concise and accurate manner. The successful candidate will join an exciting team in an organisation that is forward thinking and looks to provide a global service to the voluntary sector.

CAF is undergoing a digital transformation and there will be opportunities to become involved in projects during their transition phase acting as a point of contact for the wider Service Desk team.

Previous experience will include the use of Active Directory, MS Office, MS Exchange, Windows O/S, ITSM logging tools and the ability the provide first line support in a challenging and varied environment across both sites for CAF. ITIL Foundation is desirable.
