Introduction

Support work offers you the opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities, living the life they want and empowering people to reach their desired goals. We currently have opportunities for part time support workers to join our teams in Staplehurst working with people in their own home and supporting with all aspects of their daily lives, including social opportunities, shopping, meal preparation, personal care and attending appointments.

The people you will be supporting enjoy a variety of activities as well as trying new opportunities, so if you have an interest or hobby you can bring to this role, you can really offer someone the chance to try something new. We are looking for motivated and active people to join the team who enjoy getting out and about, and believe that if you have the right values and genuine desire to want to support people to live life to the full then we can offer you the training and support to make this your new career. This post will be subject to an enhanced DBS check which will be provided by Affinity Trust.
