Case Officer - Supporting Independence

Could you promote and support people’s independence?

We are looking for staff who can motivate and empower service users to embrace independent living, assisting them to find the right support at the right time.

Do you have the skills and experience of managing a dynamic caseload, working in partnership with service providers and contributing towards integration with the Health Service?

Through excellent opportunities for training and development, including a comprehensive induction, you will receive the support you need and recognition for your good work

Occasionally you will be expected to work outside normal office hours and at weekends to optimise support to service users and provide a responsive, seamless and multi-disciplinary approach.

This is an exciting time to join us and informal visits prior to interview are welcomed from people who share our values and are ready to be part of our exciting journey.

Due to the current situation it may be necessary to conduct interviews via video conferencing.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
