The Leigh Academy Blackheath community are looking for a caring, personable and compassionate individual to join our team in the role of Student Services Manager. The successful candidate will be joining an established team who work together to ensure we deliver first-rate pastoral care for our students. Responsible for managing the social, moral and spiritual well-being of the students across one of three college communities (in line with the Every Child Matters Agenda), our successful candidate will liaise with parents, carers and outside agencies as required, therefore strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

The working basis of the role is Term Time plus 1 week of inset, 37 hours per week which offers an actual salary of £20,653 per annum.
