32½ hours per week Term Time plus staff development days

We seek to appoint an organised and highly motivated Science Technician to join this popular and successful mixed secondary school and support the teaching and learning needs of our students.

You will need to have Maths and English at GCSE grade C or above. Previous experience is desirable, but not essential as relevant training could be provided.

Key skills will include the ability to:

· prepare materials and equipment for science lessons

· maintain science laboratories and preparation rooms, their equipment and services in good working order with health and safety in mind
