In order to respond to the ESF funded Love London Employment Support programme an exciting opportunity has arisen with Clarion Futures for an exceptional Partnership Officer to join our team.



Clarion Futures is the charitable foundation of Clarion Housing Group. Our mission is to provide support, skills and opportunities to Clarion residents nationwide, transforming lives and communities.



We exist to maximise the opportunities available to our residents, providing people with the tools and support they need to overcome their challenges, from employment and financial support, through to youth and community programmes.



In summary, this role is responsible for the development of our stakeholder partnerships which support the delivery of our externally funded provision. You will oversee the compliance with the ESF cross cutting themes and use this as a vehicle to support development of both our service offer and our advisers who deliver it. The role will work to highlight further opportunities to develop the service offer available to our residents including an element of supporting business development and applications for other suitable external funding.



Other key responsibilities include:

* To facilitate the Equality and Diversity & Sustainability sub groups ensuring both groups activities are captured in a current action plan.
* To maintain a strong knowledge of jobs and training provision in Greater London.
* To work with the officers and external partners to ensure that our customer management database is accurately updated.
* To represent Clarion Futures Jobs and Training in our partnerships with ERSA, Communities that Work, Learning and Work Institute and other sector representative bodies.



In order to be successful in this role you will already have sound knowledge/experience in Housing Associations as well as current knowledge of current DWP government initiatives & Experience of ESF programmes. Drawing on your previous experience in the employment and skills sector, you'll have a sound Understanding of how to overcome barriers to training/employment facing disadvantaged individuals. Strong IT skills, communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement are also essential for the role.
