Are you looking for a Support Analyst role focussing on Citrix technologies? You will be the escalation point of support for all incidents, requests and changes with this area.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a skilled professional within the field of Citrix technologies.

Your responsibilities will include…

* Maintaining 99.9% availability of the Citrix environment ensuring that the highest level of stability and reliability are maintained
* Maintaining tickets SLA and ensuring ITIL compliance for all incidents
* Managing Citrix Farm utilisation and capacity
* Providing root cause analysis of high priority incidents
* Provide guidance and support documentation for L1, L2 and L3 teams
* Preparing capacity reports and forecasts for the Citrix environment

Could you be the one?

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience/knowledge and qualifications set out below:

* Previous work experience in Citrix administration
* Experience of supporting other technologies such as Windows, VMWare, Office and Group Policy management
* Strong knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop 7.1x, PVS, XenMobile and NetScaler
* Citrix certification and ITIL v3 foundation
