Commercial Dog Grooming Lecturer (full time)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced groomer to join the Animal Management team at Hadlow College. The post is full time 37 hours per week.

This is a new role in which you will provide high quality teaching and learning experiences for students, in Dog Grooming and related topics of animal grooming and animal husbandry. You will also provide advice, guidance and support to students and effectively manage the grooming salon on a day-day basis.

The successful applicant will be qualified to Level 3 or above in a recognised professional grooming qualification and either hold or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification and a canine first aid qualification.

Occasional evening and weekend working will be required.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) and provide proof of their right to work in the UK.

As well as a contributory pension scheme and free car parking, this post also attracts 7 weeks holiday each year (excluding bank holidays).
