The role:  Managing a caseload of complex mental health cases within Porchlight’s rough sleeper team in Dover and Folkstone and Hythe (part of the local Rough Sleeper Initiative team funded by Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government). The role will act as the mental health lead for the team. Liaising closely with local primary and secondary care mental health providers and advocating for specialist support where this is required. Using collaborative approaches to best meets the needs of clients with complex needs which could include joint working with substance misuse services where dual diagnosis is a barrier.

What you need:

-Experience of supporting vulnerable people
-Strong knowledge and understanding of mental health issues which can affect people experiencing rough sleeping
-Driver with own transport
