Your new company
A leading National housebuilder with projects across the country now seek several experienced site managers to work on one of several new developments in the North Kent region. Working for the regional office upcoming projects are large multi phased schemes and a mix of inner city apartments and more traditional housing schemes. typically 100 - 130 units per phase spread across several years. With a recent retirement plus several new project starts confirmed for March these are positive recruits with the successful candidate joining their project from site set up.

Your new role
As site manager you will be working beneath a site based PM and managing your own phase / section of works. You will be directly responsible for your phase including sub contract management, implementation of H&S processes, accurate progress reports, maintaining of site records, motivating & directing direct reports and generally looking after the companies interests on a daily basis.

What you'll need to succeed
Clear Experience of working on large residential projects for a national or regional house builder, you will be comfortable building both Houses and low level apartments to strict programs and be looking for a long term role in the Kent area. You will also hold valid first aid, cscs & SMSTS qualifications
