Pearson Whiffin Education are currently looking for an experienced Primary Education Consultant to develop and manage a desk. As a consultant or senior consultant you will be tasked initially with developing a desk and then given the support to recruit a team to expand your business (including compliance / resource support). In addition, you will be an integral part of the team opening a new Pearson Whiffin branch in Kent. Work from home options can be discussed for the right candidate.

With freedom to build a business in your own way you will be tasked with increasing our footprint in primary schools across Kent, Bromley and Bexley. You will recruit and clear teachers and teaching assistants, make placements using your judgement of suitability, skills and qualifications and ultimately manage complex client partnerships with long-term goals in mind. You will develop the temporary business including supply teachers but also build a permanent desk to increase revenue.

To be considered for this Primary Education Recruitment Consultant you will need:

* At least 1 years' experience recruiting the primary education market
* Knowledge and understanding of safer recruitment processes and regulations
* The ability to identify and recruit high quality teachers and teaching assistants from the market
* The ability to manage client relationships and partnerships
* A friendly and professional phone manner
