As part of our wide range of services we deliver creative youth engagement services in Cookham Wood Young Offenders Institution in Medway. The team undertakes direct work with young people and have responsibility for running the Visitors Centre.

We are currently recruiting for a number of Young Persons’ Workers/Support Workers to join our team of bank workers. We are looking for people who are ambitious for disadvantaged young people and work with initiative and focus.

Applications are welcome from those with a variety of backgrounds/qualifications including youth work, mental health, education and social care.

Applicants must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
