Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Tilbury, Essex for 6 Class 1 Drivers 

Prior to commencing this role candidates are required to pass our clients assessment and once completed an induction will take place (approximately 4 hours)

The role entails:

- Collecting and delivering trailers and ambient to the southern half of the UK.
- This normally involves 1 job out and back but could be 2 or more local runs
- This role does not require nights out

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- A valid Class 1 licence 
- A valid Digital Tachograph and CPC card 
- No more than 6 points or a DD or DR 

The hours

- Day shifts start at 05:00/06:00 
- Night shifts start at 17:00/18:00 
- Shifts are on average 11 hours (but this can be higher on occasions) 

The pay rate:

- Monday to Friday (Days)  - £18.00 per hour 
- Monday to Friday (Nights) - £19.00 per hour 
- Saturday (all hours) - £20.00 per hour
- Sunday + Bank Holidays (all hours) - £20.25 per hour
