A supported internship is about young people with a learning difficulty and/or autism achieving high quality paid work that lasts. We call it a supported internship as we support the young person throughout the internship by providing a Work Coach. As the young person's Work Coach you will work alongside them in their work placement supporting them and their employer to ensure both get the most out of the placement. A Work Coach will also help support our young people in the job club where you will share skills such as CV writing and interviewing skills.

We need people who are:
• Great organisers and problem-solvers
• Able to connect well with young people and employers
• Passionate about nurturing the potential of young people with learning difficulties and/or autism
• Calm, confident and adaptable
• Committed and reliable
