Assistant Lettings Negotiator

Good Basic Salary plus commission OTE £45,000

This highly profitable and award winning independent agent are seeking someone with exceptional communication and customer service skills to work in their very busy Lettings department.

Our client is looking to recruit an Assistant Lettings Manager. They require a confident self-starter who is experienced in the complex and fast paced lettings environment. Lettings presents exciting challenges, so the successful applicant must be able to hit the ground running, and be confident with both landlords and tenants. Knowledge of the Reapit software system would be a distinct advantage.

They require a very motivated Assistant Lettings Manager to join their highly successful office. This opportunity comes with a structured career path.

The ideal candidate must be a strong market share winner for our prestigious client. The Assistant Lettings Manager must have a strong work ethic and knowledge of how to find new landlords and properties to rent.

You must possess:
Strong communication skills
Be extremely driven to succeed
Have a minimum of 2 years' estate agency experience and be adept at bringing properties onto the market
Be articulate & well presented.
Have a full UK driving licence and your own car
