They are experts in approving customers for finance when they might have otherwise struggled to get an approval because they think our customers should have a finance agreement that is suited to their monthly budget and financial situation. Having a poor credit score does not alter the need for a person to have a reliable car to help them get to work and to enable them to live their lives.



What you’ll do



As part of our busy contact centre you’ll be making and receiving calls from our customers to talk to them about missed payments on their account and how we can help them get back on track.?



This is a busy phone-based role, so you must feel comfortable talking to customers over the phone all day.?You will be taking incoming calls from customers who may have questions about their account or may wish to make a payment. You will also be calling out to customer who have missed a payment to ensure they are aware and understand the reason for this, whilst providing the best solution for them moving forward. As a Loans Collections Agent, you will also be making notes on customers account and recording information about your conversations with them.



It’s important for you to know that you will be working shifts which include some evenings. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with full training provided. It is essential you can be available for all training. This position will be starting on Monday 24th January 2022.



What you’ll bring



Enthusiasm and wanting to do a great job is essential in this role.



If you have previous customer service, call centre or financial services experience then that’s a really great advantage, but it’s not essential in this role as full-training will be provided to ensure you are able to make the best possible impact for our customers.

Where you’ll work



You’ll start your journey with us working from home and your training will be delivered remotely for the first week and then you will be invited to the office (under strict covid procedures) to attend for the new few weeks to complete your training and so we can give you the best support possible!

Following your training you will be able to either stay in the office if you would prefer, or work on a hybrid basis which means working from home in a secure and confidential setting and then working in the office for a minimum of 3 days per month!
