Credit Control Manager
£30000 to £40000 per annum

Our client is based in Sevenoaks is looking to an experienced and professional Credit Control Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will involve working closely with the FD and Sales team as well as other key stakeholders across the Group.
It is an exciting time to join this growing business and they are looking for someone who has proven experience in process improvement, works autonomously and who can develop junior staff.
Role responsibility:
-Manage the Credit Control and Sales Ledgers function
-Assigning daily tasks according to workload to the team members
-Set and deliver against KPI`s and targets
-Manage new and existing customers in line with internal policies.
-Debt collection and Reporting
-Lead debtor review meetings.
-Post and reconcile bank receipts
-Where needed, prepare Bad Debt reporting
-Being a point of call for escalation for queries
-Working closely with Payroll & Billing Team
Personal experience needed:
-A strong team player and someone who will develop the team
-Excellent problem-solving skills and taking own initiative
-High level of attention to detail and accuracy
-Strong client service focus (internal and external stakeholders)
-Excellent Communications skills - both verbal and written
-High motivated with a can do` attitude
-Strong client focussed and interpersonal approach
