About the Department

International Professional Risks Division handles business from over 80 countries and from almost every continent around the world. Members of the team have significant experience in placing Financial Lines (including Bankers Blanket Bond, Specie and Commercial Crime), Professional Lines (PI, D&O and Medical Malpractice) and General Liability/Casualty Insurance.



Key Duties:

* Provide full assistance to the Directors, Brokers and Account Handlers and to deliver excellent customer service.
* Timely preparation of MRC slips, endorsements and broking files
* Updating the quote system and maintaining the quote and broking filing systems accurately.
* Diary management
* Printing and distribution of incoming and outgoing emails
* Maintaining stationery stocks
* Completion of all personal and compliance training as deemed necessary.



Skills and experience required

* Strong communication skills (including written and verbal)
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* High attention to detail and level of accuracy
* Educated to A Level or equivalent

The role would suit a school/college leaver with A Levels or equivalent.
