Customer Field Engineer



We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Field Engineer to cover the South East working with customers, visiting sites to deal with maintenance of equipment and ensuring contractual obligations are met. The role will also involve some customer training in the use of equipment.



Full training will be given on all products.



Required Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience working within a customer driven field-based role
* Full UK Driving License.
* A background in engineering would be advantageous
* Documentation skills, looking for someone will strong attention to detail who can document issues.
* Any experience of supporting Printers, Datacard products would be a real advantage
* Knowledge of various IT packages, such as Windows and networking fundamentals
