A leading housebuilder working across the Kent area on a mixture of large multi-phased Housing and apartment schemes. developments are typically in the 100 - 400 range, traditional build mid to high end units. With a record number of live sites and several new projects starting shortly they are one of Kent's leading developers. Due to a recent internal move a new position has arisen for a Site manager to join a flagship scheme in the North Kent area, overseeing a 60 unit apartment scheme as part of a larger site.

Your new role
As site manager you will be responsible for your own units reporting got a site based pm when needed. You will be directly managing subcontractor, overseeing quality control, ensuring health and safety, conducting subcontractor progress meetings and completing the inhouse safety checks & weekly progress reports against programme. The section of works is currently at SFS stage so will be internals focussed for the foreseeable.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong residential background with either a volume housebuilder or Main contractor, you will be comfortable managing your own section of works and fully understand the reporting and health and safety demands associated with working for a volume housebuilder. You will be looking for a permanent role and hold valid First Aid, CSCS & SMSTS qualifications.
