Compliance Officer - Part time to £50,000 pro rata



Insurance Organisation based in Surrey have a new role for an experience Compliance Officer on a part time basis.





Regulatory Compliance



1 Understand the regulatory risks to the business and report on these to the Senior Management Team when required and at management meetings.



1 Management and ownership of the Annual Compliance Plan.



1 Support the BOARD in compliance accountability.



1 Support the BOARD with his oversight of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime requirements including the review of Statements of Responsibilities.



1 Ensure continuous regulatory watch of UK regulations and translate these regulations into clear and comprehensive guidance for the business.



1 Investigate and assess regulatory breaches, making recommendations and reporting findings to the Senior Management Team.



1 Work with business areas to advise them on regulatory requirements arising from projects of changes such as, new delegated authorities/products.



1 Develop training and awareness plans to ensure all staff are aware of regulatory requirements.



1 Accountability and oversight of the Company's Conduct Risk exposure, including oversight of the quality assurance programme.
