Overview
We are looking for a Learning Technologist, to kickstart new digitally focused services within our Learning and Development team by helping to:

* Raise the profile of digital training and learning resource.
* Support people's engagement with digital learning and improving the general accessibility of continuing professional development opportunities.
* Shape our Learning Management System, whilst simplifying tasks and administrative processes
* Improve learning transfer practices; to enhance the operational and personal impact of learning.
* Enable greater connection with individual learning needs and styles.
* Build relationships and consulting with both internal and external communities, working with subject matter expert to develop impactful solutions.
* Develop a long-term, sustainable approach to digital training solutions.
* Influence other digital transformation and change ambitions at Change Grow Live.

The Learning and Development team is well-established at Change Grow Live. Our purpose is to support our staff and volunteers, to ensure they can provide a great service to people who use our services. Our aim is to continuously develop and adapt Change Grow Live's training offer, to ensure that people have access to the most innovative learning tools and resources.

The post-holder will work alongside the L&D Project Manager, subject matter experts, operational services, and learners on the transition from a primarily face-to-face model of learning to a blended approach. Taking advantage of mobile learning, simulation, collaborative learning across professions, experiential learning and changing technologies.

Homebased with the option to work from our regional offices (Brighton, London, Manchester, Leeds) depending on location. The role will also require some travel.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:


* Experience working effectively with a range of stakeholders.
* Knowledge of and experience using a range of e-solutions, tools and blended learning programmes.
* Skill in eLearning design, development and quality management.
* Experience using Microsoft 365's range of applications. e.g. SharePoint / Power BI / Teams / Automate.
* Experience with kickstarter methods, planning and the organisation of resources.
* Skills in the development of video and audio content.
* Knowledge of adult education theories, experience of using this knowledge to develop tailored training solutions.
