Out client is seeking a Junior IT Support Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in developing a career in ICT.

Key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to -

* Liaising with remote first line support staff to help them resolve on site issues
* Fix simple ICT problems
* Issue, install, replace and safely dispose of assets
* Maintain the business asset list
* Support team projects by undertaking individual tasks

The ideal candidate -

* Will have an interested in developing a career in ICT
* Good customer service experience

This is initially an office based role, however once settled there will flexible working options of working a mixture of working in the office and at home.
