Working Hours: Mon-Thu 9am – 5pm & Fri 9am – 4:30pm
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our aspirational community of schools with a relentless ambition for young people. Reporting directly to the CEO, our new HR Manager will work closely with senior leaders to drive and implement an HR strategy that supports our commitment to maintaining a strong moral purpose in a supportive but challenging culture, where continuous development of excellent Teaching and Learning is fundamental to all we do.
As a Trust we pledge to nurture a safe and engaging environment in which we all thrive, and our HR Manager will ensure that our people practices deliver this pledge for our staff, through your overall strategic and operational leadership of the HR function. Accountable for delivering efficient, well-informed and cost-effective HR processes and advice on managing people throughout the whole employee lifecycle, you will provide robust employment advice to support senior and middle leaders in their ambitions to deliver the highest quality of education across our family of two secondary schools, our primary school and nursery. You will live our values of integrity, respect and resilience, working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders. You will hold a CIPD qualification at level 5 or above and have a minimum of three years management experience.
