Our client is looking for an experienced and collaborative Head of Compliance to join their team and support the company. To succeed in this role you should have experience of working within a directly authorised and regulated organisation, a detailed understanding and knowledge of relevant FCA rules and guidance including conduct of business, within a senior compliance capacity. Additional requirements include:

- A detailed understanding of FCA regulation and the ability to apply this to the firm`s business requirements.
- An awareness of the immediate and the broader implications when applying regulation in practice.
- Mindful of the commercial objectives of the company when delivering compliance assistance.
- Liaising with all regulated entities across our clients` group functions.
- Review any upcoming regulatory policies, consultations, business plans, legislation`s and highlight any change requirements or directions of travel.
- Compile and issue regular technical guidance communications to all advisers and staff.
- Review and regularly update group wide compliance policies to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Report immediately any breaches of FCA rules to the Managing Director.
