A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Adminsitrator to join a successful and established company based in Aylesford.
This is a great role where you will supply great services support and admin to specific accounts.
Hours of work Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm. (with early finish on a Friday!)
Duties include:
* Providing and exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls and answering inbound emails
* Processing of completion reports
* Work closely with the operations team to co-ordinate responses to breakdown calls
* Liaise with customer on all planned works
* Providing contract administration to the whole team
* Maintaining the client management system
* Answering any queries from clients
* Processing queries
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience within customer service
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Highly organised, with the ability to juggle lots of tasks
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisational skills
