Huntress are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join our busy client based in Rochester.

Duties include:

* Support and work with the wider HR team to ensure the smooth running of the function
* Support the administration of new employee offers
* Assist with the onboarding process of new employees
* Update the HR system with employee changes, e.g., adding/removing employees, address changes etc
* Create and maintain electronic and hard copy personnel files
* Production of letters & forms relating to employee matters
* Support the administration of offboarding employees
* Run monthly annual leave and absence reports
* Administer employee benefits, including adding/removing employees as required
* Administer and monitor Risk Management and Compliance Training
* Track and arrange general training through the business
* Update and maintain various trackers

The ideal candidate:

* Will have one years HR experience
* Ideally be studying towards CIPD Level 3
