My client is a West Kent based School, looking to recruit a HR Manager to lead a small HR team in delivering the best possible provision to the School.
The HR Manager will be involved in the development and delivery of all aspects of Human Resources management, including HR strategy and process management, HR policy compliance, recruitment, and employee support. The goal is to provide excellent HR support to all staff and to support the Head in strategic people decisions and development. There will be the opportunity to actively critique and improve all manner of HR processes, ensuring both best practice and changes to employment law are maintained.
Applications are sought from CIPD qualified (min level 5) who have experience in leading small teams and providing operational, hands on HR support across an organisation. Sector experience specifically within education, could prove useful, but applications are welcomed from all other sectors.
